End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions, finconsigliere ("fc") grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the fc software application solely for your internal business operations.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the fc application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the fc software to any third party.
• Use the application to build a competing software product or automated service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or its API connections.

3. Integration & API Usage License

Your license permits the application to make authorized API calls to third-party endpoints, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online APIs, strictly within the usage limits, rate limits, and scopes authorized during the OAuth connection flow.

4. Data Privacy & Security

fc processes financial metadata in accordance with its Privacy Policy. fc does not sell user data. All credentials and tokens used to integrate with Intuit QuickBooks and other such software are encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Updates & Modifications

We may periodically update, enhance, or modify the software and its API integrations to improve performance or comply with third-party platform requirements.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
